AgileNCR 2021 में आप का स्वागत है | (Welcome)

ANTI-PATTERNS VS PATTERNS

As more and more organizations are joining the bandwagon towards enterprise-wide agile transformation we are witnessing many true agility stories and anti-patterns in this challenging journey. Just as there are two sides to a coin, we have a fascinating debate of Antipatterns VS Patterns planned in AgileNCR 2021 where leaders & seasoned Agilists from the industry take these contentious topics of Agility head-on and presents their perspective.( Should there be Sprint 0? Is Velocity critical for the success of Agile teams?..... and many more) Finally, it is up to you to make up your mind on where you stand after listening to both sides of the story.

1. Is it ok to have variations in sprint length?
2. Should people from management be part of retrospective?
3. Is Velocity critical for the success of agile teams?
4. Should there be hardening sprints before any release?
5. Can a Scrum Master wear the cap of proxy Product Owner?
6. Is the Scrum Master responsible for the “overall delivery of the committed sprint”? and tagging him with the position of Delivery Manager?
7. Should there be a proxy product owner in a team?
8. Should there be Sprint 0?

DARE TO PLAY – JO JEETA WOHI AGILE KA SIKANDAR and WIN PRIZE MONEY(aka who wants to be a Millionaire)

Here’s your great opportunity to test your Agility knowledge and win prize money. There will be a Raffle draw to select the contestants for the main game. Once a contestant enters the 10 minutes time-boxed main game, they will get questions related to Agile. Each question features four possible answers, to which the contestant must give the correct answer. Doing so wins them a certain amount of money at each level. They have the option to quit the game with that money as their prize or tackle more difficult questions with increasing their prize money. During their game, the player has a set of lifelines that they may use only once to help them with a question. If a contestant gets a question wrong but had reached a designated cash value during their game, they will leave the game with that amount as their prize.
